Licensed clinical social workers handle family counseling, advance directives, paperwork, durable medical equipment, financial questions, and the practical scaffolding around a hospice stay. Bi-weekly visits, plus as needed.
Bluebird's bereavement program continues for 13 months after a loss. Phone calls, mailings, support groups, and one-on-one counseling — covered by the Medicare hospice benefit and yours to use as much or as little as feels right.
